Full Paper Submission

 Before full paper submission, you should register on-line and pay first.

 The guide of full paper submission

Full papers should be submitted via the Paper on-line submission system before 1 August, 2008 in the form of standard Format (To download, please right click the mouse over the link and choose "Save Target As ..." to save the document on your local hard disk.) for the full paper. Full papers must be prepared in PDF format. Please name your paper as your Abstract-ID.pdf. If you have any questions in submitting your paper, please send an email to secretariat@14wcee.org.

Software Environment (Very Important!):

1. Only Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista can be supported.

2. Only Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above can be supported.

3. Please set your browser (Internet Explorer) to allow "pop-up window", that is very important.

4. Some anti-virus softwares or IE plug-ins might cause unexpected error.

5. During registration process, please don't switch to other windows. It will cause unexpected error.
