Participants should register individually. An advance registration is requested for participants who want to present their paper at the Conference. Please register and make relevant payment before May 31, 2008. On-site registration will be available at the registration desk during the Conference.

Note:
- In China, only RMB is used. So, in payment process, you will find equivalent RMB amount. The exchange rate is 7.
- The registration fee of Full registration and Full-time Students Registration include one paper submittal fee. For each additional paper, an extra of US$150 is required.
- Full time students MUST provide proof of full time status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director) by fax or e-mail when submitting their registration and payment.

Your registration will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration information and the related payment. Please present the confirmation letter at the Registration Desk.

Registration Cancellation and Refund
Any Registration cancellation must be notified in writing to CICCST. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given below:
