S21 Quantifying Seismic Resilience

Description:
Much work has been done worldwide over the past few years to define and quantify seismic resilience as a practical and workable objective. The purpose of this session is to provide an overview of recent accomplishments to operationalize the concept of resilience. Multidisciplinary approaches adopted by various groups to enhance the seismic resilience of various critical civil infrastructure and facilities will be highlighted as part of this session.
